    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Hi, I am a buyer who made my account to buy a few accounts. I have bought this account ( Selling - North America - PC - MR 1-10 - Okay account, Has Ash Prime, 5 nitain extract, oberon, almost all blueprints for Nekros Prime. | PlayerUp Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform. and sent payment. The seller contacted me through discord and took the payment in his paypal account. I have the conversation saved as screenshots in my pc. I was fine with what the seller was providing, and he gave me the account information which was fine. But then I was not able to access the game after one time, due to the "main email" which was connected to the warframe account. I did not get ownership of the account, and was basically left there to sit around. Therefore I have decided to contact support and get a refund for this account. I will happily give the password for the account if there is a middleman or something that gets me my refund and I will give the password. I also contacted the seller through discord about my declaration and what I want to do. Therefore please refund me, and help me in my current situation. The time I have spent sitting around and waiting for ownership has been way too long, and does not suit me. I hope Playerup can help me with this. The seller is extremely toxic.
    And states that he gives "no ***" about this account being banned, and that I won't get a refund in any way. Please help me out with this, and provide me a refund. I am very dissatisfied with this.

    PlayerUp cannot refund you since they were not involved in your transaction with the seller as you paid him directly. You can dispute your payment from PayPal or call your bank if you used it to cancel the payment.

    There is nothing to dispute against me. All the screenshots show the toxicity, and etc. He did not care about maintaining good relationships between the seller and the buyer either. I do not have ownership of the account, and he has access to it completely. I am stuck on a ledge losing both the account and the money.

    I'm saying you have to dispute the payment you made via PayPal so you could get your money back for the reason that the seller is a scammer.
