Stole Money Scammed not allowing to get account though here instead wants a gift card first.

    The guy on here is making people contact him and buy him a steam card instead, he is clearly scamming people. How do I get my money back and how long will it take. his name is CHAZACHA I took screen shots if you need them.

    paypal, however he did not receive the payment it is still held by playerup. I just cannot get it back as he blatantly refused to acknowledge the buyer cancel order so that i cannot get it back. I understand "fees may apply" but i'd still like to try im going to use it on this website anyway.
