He left me negative feedback after I left it for him. Also - I bought an account from a legit seller shortly after who can most likely validate me.
That sucks man. I had a recent transaction with him, everything went well, I even secured the account. Now, someone is logging in and playing on it. I also see the android phone connected to it. Let us hope @CurveB is just extremely busy right now and will help us out. @Admin anything we can do?
Ok let me first clarify, I DID NOT CHANGED THE PASSWORD. I told you I was travelling so I can not respond fast enough. Then after I checked my Paypal to check funds, there was a dispute and my money was held and deducted from my balance. Checked the email, IT WAS CHANGED PASS. So I tried to retrieve, luckily google awarded me it. When I look which IP did the password change came from, it came from US and I can show the picture with the IP. (I am pretty sure its note me as none has logged from the time frame the same that the IP from US came). I did not have my IPAD today since its on apple for repair so I cant show the chat log. But I can show the dispute and the change pass.
@Colin Koenig , Can you try to show me what type of phone is connecting? Cause I am pretty sure It's been a month or more since I last used it?
So you were conveniently traveling for 3 hours? Do you have any visual evidence of what you're claiming to be true? You never responded to any of my messages and if you look at the screen shot, it is highly improbable anyone would have been able to change the password unless *YOU* gave them details on how to change it. I didn't file a dispute until after the password was changed and to-date you haven't responded to any of my messages. Really convenient that you are unable to display the chat log...
Oh come on, it was FRIDAY NIGHT. I didn't bother to message you because you already made a dispute and the money is not in my hands anymore (besides the fact that my IPAD is broken). So at the very least I retrieved the email.
Let's not get too angry yet, maybe what he is saying can be true, I mean he has a personal life as well, the best way to handle these situations is just using Communication. Let's give that a shot :P
I did not message you because I had my email back and you had your money. So now what I am fighting for here is at the very least my reputation. You put a negative feedback when you already have your money. And called me scammer on the feedback, thats why I put a bad feedback with my side of the story.
I'm willing to give benefit of the doubt - it just seems so unlikely in this scenario. We are in the middle of a transaction, I receive some information about the account which cannot be verified, and then the seller goes dark and never responds to me. The password also changes on the Google account - obviously at that point I have to be upset. Why is it that there was no response - did you expect me to wait a few days before filing a grievance with Paypal? I think you have to put yourself in the buyers shoes sometime... you do a transaction, the seller requests you do a gift on Paypal, and then the seller doesn't give you appropriate information to get into the account and disappears. I don't know how else that could look. Curve says the password was changed by a US IP address, which makes no sense as Google was obviously requiring additional information to even get into the account which was apparent I didn't have. Being that you have recovered the account Curve, I am assuming you are letting PayPal know it is ok to proceed with my dispute and you aren't just trying to take the money.
I don't have my money - it is under dispute with Paypal. Assuming I get my money back, I will remove the negative feedback and I would ask you to do the same.
And to be quite honest - I had continued to try communication with you and you never responded even after I disputed with Paypal to try to clear it up. That just makes no sense to me.
I didnt even respond to the dispute. What I am just stating here is to at the very least changed the feedback you gave on my threads and profile. No harm done on your part, you had your money, I hold my account. I know I gave the right details, thats why I said "if you have more questions, talk later" I did not know it would require something. ANd yes I know the answer on the details.
I already said that my Ipad was broken, the one im using for kiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiik. You could message me here to clarify, but I did not because you filed dispute. Ok, I will be waiting till you have your money, all I am asking is that you remove the feedback, you dont understand my money situation I am in and that single negative feedback impacts a lot. I am in need of money for next week for rentals that is why I am rush selling the base.
Can you just change it to neutral at the very least until paypal? Paypal dispute is 1week to resolve, and I would be in the streets by that time.
I think it is fair as it is, I mean, I believe @Admin would have to change it, it would be inconvenient as it is, let us not give him more to do for such a small change. Any info on the device ?
