Resolved Scam alert

This player has tried to scam me under a different ID. He was referred by a good friend of mine and as the transaction was processing, he told me that it did not go through. I have screenshots proving that it is the same account being sold and our entire conversation leading. PayPal had to stop the transaction and reverse it due to the seller's inconsistencies. Please advise me on what information you need in order to stop him from doing this to other buyers.
