    Four days ago I opened a ticket here requesting a Saphire membership upgrade request but I received a reply that you were backed up and this would be converted to a pending ticket and an agent will reply to me soon.
    But I cannot find my ticket anywhere now and I did not get any reply.
    I am closing in on the Emerald upgrade and I would love to enjoy the Sapphire while I am eligible for it please, I have 355+ completed middleman transfers.
    Kindly consider the request again, please.
