    I have posted all chat logs between the seller and I. I have requested the easily accessible info or that the seller recover account and then set the recovery email to mine although the seller has stopped responding and I'm 99% sure it was a scam as there is no reason the seller shouldn't be able to recover account and then change the recovery email properly. I Would like a refund as the seller has not provided the proper email and info.

    Thank you for reporting the issue. It seems the seller wanted to go with Middleman from your chat logs so I will assume he will get this resolved. It could just be a mistake.

    If not, you will be fully reimbursed.

    Seller has blocked me and said he has not confirmed the refund yet because he is "suspended from playerup" and refused to provide info for me to recover account or recover it himself. I will be requesting a refund and I will also notify the other sites that this person was trying to sell the account on. I will message jagex and get my credit card info removed from the account and then if possible I will work with playerup to pursue a refund on my in game purchases on the account. If that is not possible for me to purchase some legal package or something to get the covered after the fact then I will just be satisfied with the refund on the account through playerup as I am happy with the service I have been provided by playerup and am thankful for the assistance of those involved.
