Not sure how your setup is at home but if you can go wired do it. If you do use WiFi - make sure you don't have any cordless phones around you If you do use WiFi - try a different broadcast channel. Setup port forwarding on your router to forward RF packets to your system. Setup QoS on your router and make your system highest priority Lower the firewall setting on your router.
