    Yes my name is plove50 and my email is [email protected]. I requested for my $50 credit to be sent to my Paypal or Skrill and haven't gotten a response and it has been a few weeks. I sent support tickets and have not gotten a response. Can you send my credit to my Paypal ([email protected]) or Skrill ([email protected]) please.

    What steps can I take to resolve the issues?
