So I sold my 4l psn offsite and the user changed the name thinking he could transfer the name to another account. He asked me to help him out to get it back through PS Support. Y’all have any tips on getting it back? I have gathered all the info they ask except for the serial number (cc, transactions, place of creation) and am still having trouble. Discord: Apollo#2785
