Ok, so I have a friend who recently bought a new phone off of Amazon.ca. Friend broke new phone, and bought another one. Now I'm wondering if I can order the same phone from Amazon.ca, replace the new phone with the broken phone and tell Amazon that my phone came in broken. Would this work? I've never done any sort of SE before and would really appreciate some help from you guys
