    1. An old guild bank with around total of 11bil rss (600mil gold), 80 days worth of shields, basic research all at 7, in the process of making it an ore hyperfarm

    I’m really just selling rss with the account

An old main account with around 4-5bil rss (550mil Gold), 35mil Base might almost 20mil research might, all basic research over 8 economy and Military is 9, hyperwood farm making 25mil a day, 5 manors 2 barracks rest infirms, 5 gold heroes (big guy) rest free, infirms full of 380k troops mostly T3 around 300k

    2). Upon verifying the buyers payment, @Middleman will activate the buyers private conversation, sellers private conversation ticket, and buyers/sellers 3 way conversation ticket.

    3). No further steps are required on the sellers behalf until we have opened the 3 way conversation ticket with @Middleman, the buyer, and the seller included in the ticket.
