I contacted my bank and within 24 hours a dispute will occur with playerup and middleman as playerup/middleman did not provide me with what I purchased so they issued a refund which I have not received and I have the void transaction receipt and also the message from the company informing me my money would arrive within 10 days and this has not happened. Any dispute that occurs has nothing to do with the company as them taking my funds is against the law, by law. As I have evidence of them voiding the transaction and informing me a refund will be issued, so by law this is a civil matter. But that is another matter my bank is dealing with.
You bought something via middleman and the seller said you took the account and you said you didn't recieved it. Now the seller opened a dispute until this is resolved why middleman will refund you?
