    Hi, I bought an account from DenislavB13 a couple of days ago, but he has not responded yet. I've checked that he hasn't been active is 1/24/2019, and I want to cancel my order. I've already changed the order status to buyer - cancel order on the 3-way conversation. However, I've notice that he would have to confirm cancelling the order and he has not been active for a while now. I would like to get a refund.
