    Example: Not, sure he wont release it to me.

    Example: Not sure.

    9. Provide All Chat Logs and Additional Information Below
    Wont respond to any of my messages, and the fact is that I paid $15 for him not to come online, he hasn't been online for the past 20 days, and I'm wondering if you guys can contact this person, I've waited 4 days, to not get an answer. I want my money back now.

    Alright, I cancled it. He hasn't been online for like half a month, and the charge says pending, will that go away?

    Charge will auto void back to your card shortly here. I don't think we have actually billed you yet so the charge is simply pending on your credit card. Wait for an agent to update your order and you're all done with this transaction.
