    So basically, I purchased an account from someone and they were having issues getting it to work, so he posted "account is still being sold" and I purchased it, but he never replied to me, and I was charged and got nothing in return. He sold the account to someone else, which is fine, but I was still charged. I'd just like the account or the money back.

    Yes they did. You can cancel inside your 3 way conversation ticket.
