    i now discover this guy hasn't been seen on site since 2016. i've been scammed and getting nowhere with middleman

    So what you need to do is this:

    1. Go here: https://www.playerup.com/conversations/add?to=Middleman open a ticket with middleman and tell them you sent payment and your order hasn't started. Once you do this, an automated reply will be sent to you on how to start your order. Complete that form and your order will start.

    1b. If your order has already started, simply follow step 2 below.

    2. Once your 3 way conversation ticket has been activated, cancel here:  Guide - How To Cancel A Middleman Order | PlayerUp Accounts Marketplace. Player 2 Player Secure Platform.

    Your payment is protected so nothing to worry about but you should properly startup and cancel an order. Not much you need to do on your end just fill out a few pieces of information and click the cancel button and you're done.

    yes i've done all that. cancelled order and even done the dispute part but the problem is the seller hasn't done his part to cancel the sale (as i say he hasnt been active for some time and i think the item was sold long ago anyway)and so far i've had no updates at all other than the automated ones.

    and also this hasnt been resolved as i still dont have a refund.

    finally started getting some replies from middleman.sellers account cancelled and looks like a refund will be coming. you gotta understand tho its a worry when you here nothing at all for a whole week,
    may not be much money to some people but its a lot to me. thx for your help tho
