    1. I believe I have completed the necessary 3+ MM Transactions for Bronze tier.
    Can you upgrade me? Thanks!

    2. I have completed MANY actions that can 'potentially' earn CREDITS, but I have never once been given any CREDITS. Could you explain why, or if this is an error, could you give me the CREDITS I have earned, or let me know what I can do to earn some. I believe I am an active member in good standing. I regularly promote your Middleman Service, and aside from its slowness, I have no problems with it.

    P.S. On another note, if you could check my current pending MM transaction, it seems to be stalling. Waiting for 3-way conversation and been almost a week already.. Please let me know if I should open a ticket or if you need the Transaction ID or any other info. Both Buyer and I are very anxious to complete the transaction. Any update on our 2-way conversations would help to at least tell us what has been going on since Friday (8th March). Thanks!!!
