Hey, Basicly I tried to refund an item, which was supposed to come with a certificate of authenticity. However there was no certificate in the package, so as I told the company that the item did not arrive I cannot request a certificate now. I bought an empty one off ebay, but it has no stamp on it. I was thinking of going to one of the companies stores and saying that my mom bought it for me and they forgot to stamp the certificate, so I am back to get it stamped. Do you have any other ideas what I could say, so they can stamp it for me. Thanks
