    This is most likely a scammer, the topic structure and his behavior (dimissing previous posts and starting new topics to try and make them look clean) is an old tactic used here that so far is heavily indicative that the user is scamming.
    To clear any potential problems, always ask for content/proof not displayed in the topic, like a video, if OP is unable to do so and/or delays said proof, just ignore the seller and move on.
