    Hi,
    The Seller denied and did not proceed with the sale and gave the account info after I made the payment through middleman.
    I have requested for a cancelation and refund of my money and I don't see m to get any support in this.

    Its been more than 48 hours I have been asking for assistance in their and don't seem to have been cared by any support team.

    How do I cancel my order?

    If in event you need to cancel this transaction, please do the following:

    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
    3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation
