Like last year these codes cannot be traded/sold here in #/pokemonexchange. Luckily Yahoo Japan has updated their policy so they now accept foreign credit cards. If you wish to donate you can go to the Yahoo! donation website (you'll need a Yahoo Japan account): https://donation.yahoo.co.jp/detail/4761001/ Once you proceed with the donation you can try re-entering the page and you'll see your code on the top right of the screen. You just need to uncheck the box that asks you if you want to pay with Yahoo! wallet to avoid having to enter a physical Japanese address.
