    Hello.

    I have 2 orders that haven't gone to plan and both of them have been requested to be cancelled by myself and the seller.

    Please have the money back into my bank account ASAP.

    How do I cancel my order?

    If in event you need to cancel this transaction, please do the following:

    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
    3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation
