I stumbled apond PayPal credit and I wanted to know if I would be able to refund something with it and if it would be credited to just the PayPal account Instead of straight back to the balance. This isn't something I'd try to do often I'd just like to refund something that I can't afford at the moment and I'm not sure how refunds would even work with PayPal so all advice would help.. thank you!
