In Australia, We have something called the Australian Consumer Law which states that "You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage." and some other random stuff that doesn't really matter. Does this pretty much guarantee a refund or replacement if you say nothing was in the box?
