I propose that in a case where the buyer makes payment and the seller does not make contact or deliver goods that the buyer is provided a full refund. It doesn't strike me as a good idea for the middleman/playerup to just pocket the money from the failed sale considering no purchase took place. If the suggestion not approved then perhaps a disclaimer at the start of a trade that refunds will not be provided in the case of order cancellation. Just my two cents.
Sprocket657 We have an one-and-done rule on PlayerUp. If the seller lists an item for sale and can't even deliver, we just remove them since they're inactive and wasting peoples time. Sellers are properly notified when an order is placed. They can also enable push notifications with the option to push to their phone/device or text. If all else fails and the seller doesn't process the order, we will auto cancel it and you're fully refunded for the transaction.
