So I am eyeing a laptop worth $1700 on Best buy.com. I know Best buy has a 50% chance of a success rate. I live I Nan apartment setting so I will not be using never arrived method. So what do you guys recommend. Should I go with empty box? Or should I order two items and tell them 1 came and the other laptop didn't come? Or should I drop the idea of refunding a laptop and refund something smaller and lighter using partial method? Please need help. Thanks
