Hey guys, been lurking here for a while and finally signed up and made a move. At the beginning of the week I bought a phone and some headphones from best buy, they shipped separately with the headphones coming first. When phone arrived I waited and told them my package said arrived but I didn't get it. They said they would send replacement but I told them I would like refund for phone which they said would take 3-5 days to be in my account . Question is when would it be okay for me to turn on and activate phone?
