On January 25th I sent $250 thru Amazon gift card for a lords mobile account...that account sold to someone else... I used email address [email protected] if someone can please look in to this..I would like a refund..its been a month I need my money back thank you
Thank you for your reply. I looked into this issue. Your Amazon Code sent to us didn't work. This is why your order never started. Order was cancelled day you paid. Future reference if this happens, go to Amazon and click resend gift card so it issues a new card to us and cancels the old one. We apologize for not updating you on this but we get alot of Amazon Gift Card orders and 75% of them don't work so we assumed it was you that cancelled it before we even started the order. Go to Amazon.com and cancel the order officially here - Amazon Sign In We never accepted the code so you can easily cancel this.
