    I want you to refund my order because you guys take a long time to give me the merchandise that I requested and the seller never contacted me. I already made a report to my bank to dispute the charge. Now I want my refund back and not a credit given to me on this website

    How do I cancel my order?

    If in event you need to cancel this transaction, please do the following:

    1). Go to your 3 Way Conversation Ticket
    2). In the upper right corner, click Change Order Status (Blue Icon) and select Buyer - Cancel Order
    3). Wait for an agent to process your cancellation
