    Me and the seller settled the transaction outside of this site. I brought the item on this site, but no middleman showed up to take the order so we used Paypal and the trade went good. I would like a refund on the money I used on this site.

    To process a cancellation/refund request...

    #1 Open you Pre Middleman Order Startup Ticket or Transaction's Private Conversation ticket. Write down that you are requesting for a refund and please make sure to provide the same payment details you used when you made your purchase.

    Wait For Agent To Approve Cancellation
    Wait for Middleman to process your cancellation. Once your cancellation has been processed, Middleman will post specific details on your cancellation inside your private and 3 way conversation ticket.
