I made a mistake in purchasing an account yesterday and I've done all the steps that the Middleman told me to do and I still haven't gotten my order cancelled or a refund. How long does this process take? I'm worried!

If you meant to buy a different account then you can just inform @Middleman about it by providing them the URL link of the account that you really want to purchase.
