On November 28, 2020. I recieved messege that there was some issue with thansaction and for some reason wasnt open 3-way conversation with seller. You wrote that I should got my money back within 10 day. It is now more than 10 day and so far i did not got my money back. I paid you 309 USD (300 USD for SWGOH account + 9 USD fee). Middleman, please kepp your word and refund me my money.
Have you called your bank about this yet? As stated from the image, on our end we've already voided the transaction and its now on your bank's end to process and return it back to your account.
My bank told me that transaction was alredy accounted and they told me, that I should contatct you and ask you to refund me that payment.
Still no response from you guys ( @Help, @Middleman), what is wrong with you? No action, no communication. It looks like you are frauders.
