Ok so tried refunding an order of amazon fr and went onto chat told them what I needed to do and they said they will investigate in 24-48 hours. I received a email later from cis amazon fr and they said that due to the number of requests they will close my account. The thing is this is the first one I've done using this account so wtf are they on about. I knew I shoulda just left these frenchys alone but oh well
