Pending Received a negative feedback for no reason by bot accounts please help me admin

    4. Why Should The Feedback Be Removed

    Pease @Hulk delete my bad feedbacks because its from bot account and iam already hava no. Deals with this account + one of them I was already in my holiday while the buyer cancelled the order and refund his money + the last one already took the account without confirming but i confirm the delivering after giving him the account
