Received a Fake negative feedback

    Hello @Hulk

    I received a negative review by @Rica333 I have never worked with her. She said she was scammed however with what he offered I am sure he worked with a fake seller on the Line app (not transacting through Playerup). So her negative review of me on the website is not in accordance with Playerup's rules.

    I hope you soon help remove it from my profile.

    This person is a 100% scammer and he stole $3,900 from me. i sent him in the line app and i got his Line id from his profile and his theards, i hope you ban him. I found out that i’m not the first one who got scammed. This person is very despicable and is talking to you now to remove my negative review. And I already filed a report with the Internet Police of Viet Nam. And soon I promise you they will get him and he will be imprisoned. Please see the pictures and my conversations with him. Please take fair action. Thank you

    I told you you were trading with a fake person. You can double check that with my Line id: Rabbit-lady. With the pictures you sent above, I see that yourself have never been friends with my Line account, how can you send me a message ?

    Please go back to the import screen and check the Line id : my rabbit-lady can show the above chat history to clarify the problem

    You just changed your Line app profile picture. I have never in my life seen a more rude person than you. you scammed me and now you confront me and says I have dealt with someone else.
    This is not the first time to fool anyone. You scammed alot of people before.
    You keep changing your names, Line ID and the profile pictures. You're a thief, and you're going to hell. "

    Why did I ask you to check it with a screenrecord in the first place, but you didn't do it ? Do you dare swear to god that these are not two different Line accounts ? My Line ID is still fully displayed on it from the beginning and has remained unchanged until now. I know for sure you are lying and hiding your mistake

    Please be fully aware that we only remove feedback if the user creating a fake feedback or didn't actually do business with you. You're disputing that the buyer is in the wrong but he has provided evidence otherwise.

    At this point, we can only remove this If the buyers issue is resolved. Please update us once that is done and then we will proceed.
