The reason i made this thread was because i felt deceived, i really didn't want to resort to this but the seller made me no choice, and now i have to accuse him of scamming me of $1000. And that is a lot of money for me. I hope we can fix this problem by me either getting a refund for the account and give the item back to me. or let me keep the account that i bought with the item on it. seller Leanicus is a pretty cool guy so i don't know why he would do such a thing, he even is verified so that made me trust him even more but his history on this site was pretty sketchy if you ask me and his stories. Glad i decided to buy the buyers protection after sale because i still had a feeling that it wouldn't end well for me. Guess i was right.

So here are all the PM screenshots from this site, from the email. and additional info about the item that is worth $624,99 on the account.

info about image 1: So in text 1 i immediately started hostile towards him, because I did a little digging and saw he sold the account multiple times, notice he told me if I bought it, i would have PERMANENTLY access to it. however that's not the case. I'm logged out....

info about image 2: He gave me a little back story about the account selling, but the story was only about the negative buyer how he gave the password away and such like they were good friends. He also never told me about the positive ones that bought the account without complains.

Info about image 3: Notice how he acknowledge the fact that he is aware about the long time when sellers get paid. That is one of the reason why he bought verified status. and he also talk about the account" is no longer getting used as it should", but why did i get logged out then? Why was he 30 min ago online playing?? So many questions so little answers.

Info about image 4: I honestly think that the account being underage is one of his schemes to recall the account back, because he can just say to the support team that he's the parent of the account, provide some information and BAM he has access again. Like i said before, he seemed like a cool guy, I even made sure to cancel his subscription on the account.

Info about image 5: So here is where the nightmare starts.... I suddenly got logged out when i got a email from roblox support telling me 2fa and password was reset. Remember he told me i would have permanently full access to the account? He even knows about the expensive item "limited" on the account and talked about not logging in to scare me and he can't get in because 2fa etc. Also talked about the fact that he would give the account back. Not happened and i also did some digging and the item worth 624,99 was also gone from his account.

Info about image 6: That was the last text I sended, still waiting for a response back. I got a little impatient and decided to do all of this instead. I honestly think i will not be getting the account or the item back because he is (as we speak)
playing on it.

Info about pic 1: As you can see, i got logged out on September 8th. 2fa and password was reset, Also email changed. no longer access to it.

Info about pic 2: proof that he played on it after he got access to it, remember how he talk about and i quote. The account 'is no longer getting used as it should'. he immediately started playing and changing his skin like an active player. So he lied about that.

Info about pic 3: You can see he no longer owns my item called 'Poisoned Horns of the Toxic Wasteland'. Maybe he sold it immediately after taking ownership of the account. He was fully aware it was an expensive limited item that wasn't his and even talked about giving me the account back after changing emails. Then why is it gone? He clearly doesn't have the intention to give the account back and lied again.

Info about pic 4: You can check his account on roblox.com his username is 09tix, you can clearly see he had possession of the item before he logged me out of it.

Info about pic 1: As you can see, he got a bad review from a buyer in 2019. Remember he told us about the story that this person was a pedophile, so he revoked the buyers access to the account. I don't know why the buyer never spoke about this issue to playerup but it was his first time on the site as stated by him. The buyer also spoke about the fact that he resells the account. First he lets you play on it, then he notifies you that he didn't get paid, he later takes the account away from you with the help of roblox support, tells you he will give it back. and sells it again, repeating the cycle.

Info about pic 2: Here's proof about the reselling of the same account by either changing username or coming back once a year/months to resell it again for new victims.


With all of these pictures i do think he is a scammer and guilty. but let's hope for a response back for all of these claims.

Yes, I could also get the blame for going through with the transaction of the account and not stop when I detected the red flags, i'm just too naive i guess....

If all these claims are approved, i really hope justice will be served. Because he's literally exploiting the roblox support system to get his account back from buyers that bought from him even speeding up the progress with his verified badge. Still wondering how he never got caught for 4 years straight lol. I feel bad for the new members that came here for the first time, bought the account. Getting scammed hard, didn't know what to do and left.

Listen Lisandro, what I said was true about the pedophile thing regarding the first buyer but my intentions there probably weren't as honest as the transaction I tried to make occur with you then.

I'm 26, still log on and change outfits on the account, but am honestly looking to sell it.

You never communicated how upset you where with me.

I'm only just now seeing this complaint,

From my perspective it had been long enough of middle man not responding or contacting me regarding my end of the transaction.

I have a resolution, while it may not be fair and make up for the lost time and cost, it is the best I can do.

Roblox has added more security features for securing an account.
I'm not sure if they are fool proof, but rest assured, I just want to be paid for my account.
It's nothing more.

I have a daughter, full time job, and am a caregiver for my mother who is in poor health.
I do game, but ROBLOX is not a game that entertains me on in any way regarding the age of the playerbase,
Or actual content of with in it.
The account does hold a nostalgic place in my heart and I will not let it go for nothing.

ALL THAT BEING SAID,

I am willing to give you my personal Facebook for contacting me, where my mother family and others are easily reachable as well. And we can even do a video chat so you can understand I'm an honest guy.
But regarding the transaction of the account and considering the loss of your item, which cost you,

I am willing to post the account on EL DORADO
So your transaction is secure and even if something did occur, they refund you at a much faster rate than this website and service it offers does.
But I won't charge you 400.
I would make the posting for the cost of 200.

But that is the only way I'm willing to relinquish the account.

Middle man is not going to prioritize me as a seller, or you as a buyer,

But otherwise if your not interested any longer you can have middle man refund you and understandably we can go separate ways.

Hey btw Lisandro, I never sold the account multiple times if was luring people.
After my thread would die I would try to make the poet better and better and also felt like if a thread had many posts it would deter a buyer
