So my qvc refund got screwed , I got email saying they would refund, hour later got a call from corporate saying it's been cancelled and too dispute with CC. They gave me the whole generic excuse about I signed for it and ups says it's 13 pounds. I have been weighing my options on wether to return or file cc dispute mind you I used debit. In my head it's clear cut and dry that I would win cc dispute, I have email saying they would refund and 2.) ups tracking says .1 pounds. Not sure if they can re verify this with ups. My biggest worry since it was easy pay is wether or not they can re-bill me even if I win dipsute. But the thing that worries me the post is that qvc is way to confident, they have the balls to tell me to dispute with cc as if they are certain they will win. Best course of action you would take ?
