For example, I have 2 listings that are currently on sale. The 1st listing, I want you to manage the sales and advertising of it while the 2nd listing I can manage it on my own. Will the 10% additional fee for the VIP only affect the 1st listing? or once we signed-up for VIP, all our transactions(Buying or Selling) will get affected by the VIP benefits including the 10% additional fee? my 3rd and FINAL QUESTION is, can we just OPT-OUT being a VIP anytime? Yes you can pick the listings that we manage. The fee is up to 10%. What we typically will try to do is raise the price a bit beyond your asking price to cover that 10%. What you'll need to do here is create a 2nd account one for VIP one for regular Rolan Transactions. Which will be available soon.
