    So it looks like Paypal treats Microsoft disputes differently than traditional disputes. The dispute interface is different, as well as the wording of the current action.

    "Next steps
    Microsoft Inc. has up to 10 days to respond to this claim, but it's likely we'll hear back sooner. As soon as we receive a response, we'll email you along with any additional steps you may need to take."

    To people that have done/attempted Microsoft through Paypal before.

    What happens after 10 days if Microsoft does not reply?
    Can the product still be returned if Microsoft replies?
