Question- SE/Refunding is working on israel ? (ישראלים תענו)

I'm asking if the SE methods and everything working in israel because our postal office is very different than another countries and its not so easy to get your item , i mean if you order something you need to take it from the post office with an ID .. and you cant just find an house for sale / search for a drop because they wont drop the package there .. the person needs to pick it up from the local post office ..

ideas ?
