So, I got scammed on ebay, I sold a graphics card, 25 days later he made a claim saying its faulty (it wasnt), he sent me back a broken gpu, not even the one I sent him and got a refund through paypal after ebay rejected his claims. Anyhow, i have a negative balance which im gonna arrange to pay in £10 installments. So my question is, I want to sell on my ebay acc in the meantime, if i setup a new paypal in my friends name and make my payments go into his acc will i get any issues? Obviously i cant use my current pp as its -300 currently.
