Alright so a few days ago I attempted to SE an Intel i7-6950X extreme and everything was going perfectly fine, I knew for sure I was going to get the product. Everything was running smoothly.

Then the visa gift card I bought with cash so that I wouldn't get billed/charged $1700 got declined by the representative because it didn't have a name and address attached to it. I realized what I needed was a reloadable prepaid card, so I went and bought one. Then I went to register a name and address on it, and what do you know, I needed an SSN and DOB that matched the name I was trying to buy with. My plan was to use the prepaid card to top up a VCC at Entropay, and then shortly afterwards, I read somewhere that you also need an SSN and whatnot in order to register a name and address for a VCC. At that point I stopped the SE and decided I'd just try again when I got the hang of what I was doing.

With all of that having been said, what do I do so that I don't have to go through SSN verification and all that? Do I buy a VCC that someone has already made and topped up? Also, if I topped up a VCC with my real debit card, is it possible that it could get traced back to me?

    Thanks
