First and foremost I'm a long time lurker here and have used many services because for some reason you guys Martketplace is open to the public. Nonetheless I have a question about the Flex-Pay sites such as QVC, HSN, etc. First of all I know they are pay weekly or monthly or whatever so when I buy something from there say a PS4. Do I pay like a down payment amount to start, and they ship me the item, then I can get that amount refunded? Or do you have to pay the item off first, sort of like K-Mart Layaway. I guess my question is would I be able to pay less initially for the item and get it refunded? Say for instance a Macbook goes for $1200 and has weekly payments of $300. If I bought the macbook, I'd pay the first payment of $300 maybe a little more, then they ship me the macbook, then I can get that $300 back?
