Logitech finally asked me for my address but it turns out they want me to print out a UPS E-Label and ship back the product to them for "testing" so I could receive my replacement after that, I was wondering if there was a work-around so that I can just make them send me the replacement without sending the product or something? I have already provided them with the receipt, video showing the device s/n and case # and all of that stuff which they all accepted so now I am just wondering why they are asking for the product back and how I can fix that
