Selling Question about a duped tag I was sold.

    Was sold a duped tag and was told it was V1, didn't know there was a way to check.

    Recently checked and saw the tag was duped and I heard duped tags could possibly be banned.

    If I change the gamertag on my account to a non-duped tag am I still subject to possibly be banned? I'd rather play it safe than sorry because I've spent a lot on my account.
