Resolved Purchase an Account Over 72hr ago would like a refund

    This has been a very stressful process so far. Let me say I do understand that you and your staff are not robots and that you may also be busy, but I spent 1200 USD on an account I feel like I should at least receive an email saying we are tracking your order but is busy and will get to you when we can. I have no communication from any middleman other than the Bot to activate the order.

    Is my money lost?
    When will I be getting the account I paid for?
    I am even scared to cancel the order because i might not get support. I am just asking to see if you guys are also tracking my order. The seller and I are waiting to finish the process
