I purchased a PSN account early last year which had 2 PS4 games. As the usual, I logged into the Sony's website and deactivated and made my console primary. I then downloaded the games and logged off. I set a passcode on my PS4 for this account so I never login again by mistake. After a year, all of a sudden, these 2 games have a lock symbol and I cannot start them as it says the user must be logged on. Can a PS4 be deactivated as 'Primary' even if it doesn't log back on with that user account? Thanks.
