Since you've only had them for a short period of time, I can treat this claim as a DOA and ask you to just sever the cable of the earphones into 6 pieces and provide a photo showing that the earphones are unusable. Please place a piece of paper with your name and today's date written on it within the frame when taking the photo. Also, please make sure that we can see all 6 pieces distinctively. That way you dont have to pay for postage or wait for the earphones to make it all the way back to us. Once received, I will issue you a new replacement for your M6P.
