@Joe Bennett is contesting that we scammed him and we did not provide a refund for this transaction. However as shown above it clears shows that the charge never went through and was never captured. We did not issue a refund because the entire transaction was voided. PlayerUp was unable to proceed with the order because @JoeBennett never activated his order so we went forward with voiding the charge on this particular transaction.
