    On February 3,2017, I have requested to withdraw my playerup credits into Amazon U.S gift cards; however, it have been 7 days from the date I opened the conversation with the middleman. This process is taking to long which let me questions if I am ever going to get them or not. This is my first experience with Playerup since I tried to purchase a lords mobile account, and he wasn't ready.

    I have opened admin ticket, I posted a thread in the middleman help. However, nothing happened yet.

    I do require immediate action regarding me cashing out my playerup credits since the company needs to keep customer not throw them to their competitors.
